Signal & Service Co. wasn’t created from the outside looking in. It was built from years spent answering the call—behind the radio, on the fireground and in the water.

My public-safety journey has taken me from 911 dispatch to serving as a firefighter and public-safety diver. I know the sound of the tones dropping. I know the responsibility carried by the voice on the radio, the crews responding in the field and the families waiting at home.

That experience is the foundation of Signal & Service.
